Model GST Laws Circulated by the Government AIT News Network 26th November 2016.
Government has circulated Revised Draft Model GST Law, Draft IGST Law and Draft
GST Compensation Law to all the States. The revised laws have substantial
changes. The CGST Bill and IGST Bill are expected to be tabled before
Parliament in this session and the Bills are expected to be based on these
drafts. However, the State Governments have given some suggestions on these
drafts and the Bills to be tabled in Parliament may see some further changes. Click
